SilibaseAFA-NanoC can penetrate into the pores better, which completely clogged pores and micro cracks on the tiles. This forms a special, continuous nano films which can prevent the invasion of all pollutants. Pollutants can be easily clean by water and the gloss can be higher to 90 degrees.
Physical Properties
a) Appearance: White liquid.
b) Characteristic: Water Base
Guidance
Must use a special high-precision and high-speed (1000 rpm or higher) polishing and waxing
equipment. Waxing wool pad can be round, plastic films, etc.
Step:
a) Clean the tile surface.
b) SilibaseAFA-NanoA flowing out from thin tube in high-precision polishing and waxing machine. Disc runs in high speed. Recommend at least 6 group of polish disc.
c) Use the polished disc to clean the surface.
d) SilibaseAFA-NanoC flowing out from thin tube in high-precision polishing and waxing machine. Disc runs in high speed. Recommend at least 2 group of polish disc.
e) Check and package.
f) After the nano liquid is covered on the surface, it needs to be kept 48 hours to achieve the best effect.
Remarks
a) Must be kept in room temperature without sunshine.
b) Validity: 1 Year.
c) Cannot be used with other anti-fouling agent or nano liquid. Inedible.
d) Package: 200KG/Barrel. Or follow customer’s request.
